Welcome to Art-by-Marcia LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website and/or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Art-by-Marcia LLC provides arts and crafts tutorial content through YouTube videos and a paid subscription that includes printed instructional materials delivered by mail.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled
• You will receive two (2) printed instructional sets per month, aligned with two (2) video tutorials released on YouTube
• Your first shipment includes a complimentary binder

• Monthly Subscription: $14.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: $149.90 per year
• Large Print Monthly Subscription: $18.99 per month
• Large Print Annual Subscription: $189.90 per year

Payments are processed at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing marcia@art-by-marcia.com
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 5 days prior to your renewal date
• Once a billing cycle has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded

• Printed materials are shipped via USPS
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed
• Art-by-Marcia LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other external factors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Art-by-Marcia LLC is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Due to the nature of the subscription service and physical fulfillment:

• All sales are final once a billing cycle has begun
• Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods
• Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Art-by-Marcia LLC

All content provided by Art-by-Marcia LLC, including printed instruction sheets, videos, designs, and written materials, is the property of Art-by-Marcia LLC.

• Content is for personal use only
• Reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of materials without permission is strictly prohibited

You agree to use all materials and instructions at your own discretion and risk. Art-by-Marcia LLC is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of materials or techniques shown in tutorials.

Art-by-Marcia LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or subscription service.

Art-by-Marcia LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or subscription service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
